The new rules for CSR have been notified. Here are some essential details

A few months back, when I introduced the readers to the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) as enunciated in the Companies Act, 2013, CSR was yet to be notified; even the rules for implementation of the CSR were yet to be finalised and notified.
