Invite: Workshop on Responsible Borrowing and Dispute Resolution

May 7, 2008

Third MoneyLIFE Workshop – 17th May 2008, Nehru Centre

Admission Free by prior registration only

MoneyLIFE and Citibank are happy to announce a Workshop on Individual Credit Ratings – the consequences of negative ratings and how to deal with them. This is your chance to be able to clarify issues and speak to the Reserve Bank of India's customer service officials as well as the Banking Ombudsman Mumbai. If you are in Mumbai, to take advantage of this opportunity -- it is free.

Even smart consumers are often unaware that a default on personal borrowings, whether a small consumer loan, credit card or home loan could permanently impair their credit history and affect their borrowing ability forever.  This workshop explains how financiers access a database maintained by the Credit Information Bureau of India Limited (CIBIL) to check if you are credit worthy. Learn all about borrowing wisely and the implications of bad credit history, including dispute resolution.
