The Supreme Court by it`s order in CU Marketing`s case had disposed about 506 pettitions pending before it relating to Maharastra Protection of InvestorsInterest and had ordered that properties seized of these entities be disposed off to pay the depositors.The Deputy Collector of Bombay is the competent Authority under the above Act.(2) Many of my friends and relatives had invested withAhura Mazda Dairy Farm (Viraf.F.Kanga) and now the Court has ordered disposal of his seized property,it is essential to get in touch with The Deputy Collector,Bombay.(3) So please give me postal address,phone no.s,email i.d. if any of this competent authority,at your earliest.Thanks and Best Regards...RKSurana.
